Panel Description: Attorneys play a critical role in advising and helping wildfire survivors on insurance claims, underinsurance challenges, litigation, debt collection, and financial recovery resources. This program will feature insights from Professor Ken Klein, a leading expert in wildfire insurance and consumer advocacy, and Angela Jae Chun, an experienced litigator who has represented clients in wildfire cases since the 2007 SDG&E fires. Speakers will provide practical guidance on navigating the recovery and rebuilding efforts.
